Doritos Dodgeball

AMV BBDO have launched a brilliant new campaign for Doritos. The Doritos Dodgeball Challenge runs for the whole of May at a secret London location. Every day a different team takes part, the winning team representing the UK at the World Series in Las Vegas. The clever bit is that the teams face balls fired from canons controled in real time by people on the internet.

This is a great example of a digital campaign with a live experience at its heart and shows how well the live and digital channels complement each other. As well as being a 360 degree campaign it is also one that feels amazingly well crafted; lots of nice little touches. One example is the page of information and images for bloggers to download. Spend a little time with the campaign and you'll see just how well thought through it is.
